MacKenzie Falls.

MacKenzie Falls is part of the Grampians National Park in Victoria. While this photo was taken only this month, the reduced amount of water flowing over the Falls during summer will increase after the winter rains making for a more impressive photo.

Orroroo Reservior.

Orroroo is a small country town in the southern Flinders Ranges some 260km north of Adelaide in South Australia. The Reservoir was constructed in 1906. It originally held approximately 1,540 mega litres of water and was used by settlers for growing Lucerne and in dairies. In 1973 silt build up, insufficient rainfall and erosion caused the reservoir to be abandoned.

This will be the last posting from us as we head to the Great Ocean Road tomorrow and then onto The Grampians before returning home and back to work.

MacKenzie Falls.

MacKenzie Falls is located in the Grampians in Victoria Australia. I have heard that it is the most photographed water fall in Australia.











These photos were taken on my older Fuji camera and would love the opportunity to be able to photograph them with my current camera.










The falls are large and it is a bit hard to get a true size perspective from theses photos although the top photo does show people descending to the base of the falls via steps.

The Grampians.

These three photos were taken with my old Fuji camera so the image quality is not as good as the current photos.

This one is taken from within Halls Gap Victoria looking over the top of a log cabin within one of the local Caravan Parks.









The Balconies Lookout is one of the very popular tourist spot in the Grampians.












No trip to the Grampians is complete without walking to the Pinnacles Lookout which looks down over the township of Halls Gap.
