Diver Bridge.

With the new Diver Bridge opening to traffic today, Sally & I thought that we would brave the cold last night and drive to Port Adelaide and take some photos of the bridge. It was very cold in the Port, but hopefully the photos made the trip worth while.

Brisbane at Night.

City of Brisbane taken from Kangaroo Point just after a thunderstorm. If you look to the top right corner of the photo, lightening can be seen.

Lion Cub.

Monarto Zoo is located in South Australia between Adelaide and Murray Bridge some 70 kilometres east of Adelaide. This little Lion cub didn't mind posing for the cameras while sunning itself on a rock.

Red Cliffs.

Ardrossan South Australia has some red clay type cliffs which run to the north and south sides of the local town jetty. It was out of bed early last weekend to capture some sunrise photographs of the cliffs. Unfortunately there was a fair bit of cloud cover blocking the sun during the start of the sunrise which has reduced some of the red effect on the cliff walls.

12 Apostles.

The 12 Apostles are constantly being pelted by the Southern Ocean waves daily and in many years to come there may no longer be the number of Apostles that stand today. The 12 Apostles form part of the Great Ocean Road in the western part of Victoria Australia.

Blue Lake.

Mount Gambier's Blue Lake is bright blue during the warmer period of each year as seen in this photo. The water is crystal clear to look at when up close when the lake is blue. During the off time of the year when it isn't blue, the lake appears to be a dark blue/green colour.

MacKenzie Falls.

MacKenzie Falls is part of the Grampians National Park in Victoria. While this photo was taken only this month, the reduced amount of water flowing over the Falls during summer will increase after the winter rains making for a more impressive photo.
